It wouldn’t be fall without Ruth’s Monster Cookies! This weekend we were the lucky recipients of a dozen cookies made by my sister in law Ruth. Her unique secret recipe creates cookies that are approximately 3″ in diameter, filled with yummy treats of M&Ms, chocolate chips, peanut butter, oatmeal and I don’t know what else! One cookie probably represents a full days’ worth of calories but who’s counting???? Though you may want to eat more than one, watch out, sugar overload will shortly be upon you.
